The Ukrainian Book Institute invites applications for participation in the Vilnius Book Fair, which will be held on February 23-26.

Application deadline: January 16, 2023 (inclusive).

According to the size of the stand and its construction, no more than 90 titles of books by Ukrainian publishers can be presented on it. That is why the Ukrainian Book Institute will select publishing houses that will be able to participate. Therefore, we ask you to provide lists of books that you will offer for presentation at the book fair. We also draw your attention to the fact that the program of events has been formed and approved by the organizers of the fair.

Terms of participation:
- publishing houses that have provided a list of books by Ukrainian authors are allowed to participate. Preference will be given to children's and fiction;
- the organizers give priority to publishers who published texts by Lithuanian authors in the Ukrainian language;
- priority is also given to publishing houses that have sold the rights to translate Ukrainian authors into Lithuanian;
- the participation of a representative from the publishing house (or publishing houses), which will oversee the books, will be an advantage;
- independent delivery of books to the fair will be an advantage;
- a completed survey on the results of participation in the 2022 fairs will also be an advantage during selection.

The organizers do not cover the expenses of representatives of publishing houses for participation in the fair. The question of the UIC's ability to ensure the delivery of books to the fair also remains open.
The results will be announced by February 1, 2023.
